The staff were slightly friendly but certianly not trained enough, waiting for my breakfast confirmation took forever. I was astounded that no Nespresso cups actually fit for on-the-go coffee, how delightfully inconvenient! I almost gave a good review, but why should I lower my standards just because they didn't even consider an upgrade?

Air conditioning can be problematic. temperatures are either too hot or too cold, and the inability to open windows compounds the discomfort. Breakfast options barely change, and the lack of quality fresh produce is disappointing, given the location. parking is tight and scarce due to the work being done around the perimeter, so budgeting time for that hassle is critical. It can feel like a business hotel miscast in a tourist-heavy space, forcing you to shell out for taxis just to explore the area.
